Unlike other medical institutions that focus on treating diseases, we at Charak Nursing Home emphasize treating and offering medical care of the highest standards. Therefore, our management has curated a list of rules and regulations cooperating on which can help to conduct our services as smoothly as possible.

Patients Right:

• - Receive adequate care regardless of gender, race, religion and source of payment.
• - Consult with the experts regarding the process and risk associated with the treatment
• - Ask for the transfer to other facilities.
• - Know the equipment used and the cost breakdown of the treatment.
• - Request for other doctor opinions.
• - Introduce the doctor with your cultural and spiritual beliefs.

Patients Responsibilities:

• - To provide authentic information regarding medical health, illness, use of medications and many more.
• - Using prescribed medications and avoiding OTC medications in between treatments.
• - Informing about the side effects of the treatment including pain and discomfort.
• - Informing about the behaviour and care provided by the medical staff
• - Taking care of personal belongings and things in the hospital.

General Guidelines:

• - The visiting hours for the patients are 10 am - 12 pm & 4 pm-6 pm.
• - The medical team might ask visitors to leave the wards at the time of tests and treatments.
• - Limited guests are allowed to maintain a healthy environment.
• - Try to maintain silence within the hospital area.
• - Tipping our staff is not allowed as we follow the 'No Tipping' policy.
• - Avoid sitting on the patient's bed to prevent the risk of infections.
